This job is inside the Crouzet Switches & Aerospace&Defense department.

The mission is divided into several main tasks:
- Manage the business engineers and the product line managers
- Ensure the coordination of the business with the Commercial department
- Initiate and validate all new project development
- responsible for the efficiency of the process
- responsible and have authority on the corrective actions linked to this process
- define and develop the action plans and the monitoring processes necessary to enhance the performance.
- report the performance evolution to the quality director and the general manager.

This job is inside the Crouzet Aerospace and Defense department.

There are 2 main missions :

- Product line manager for detection components
- manage and analyse the existing portfolio (quantity, turnover, margin)
- proposes product evolutions and monitors the Work towards the R&D department if validated
- is an expert for his product line : knows the product evolutions, the customers structures and the competition offer.

- Business engineer
- responsible for the customer needs : takes into account the specification and presents it to the R&D department during kick off meeting (return on investment, margin,...)
- Responsible for the bid.
- manage the relation between the customer and the R&D during the product development phase
- manage the development team
- responsible for the application of the "quality plan development" by making sure that all deliverables are available on time.
- responsible for planning
- co-responsible for the contractual negotiation

Main Successes :
- gain and management of several projects for the A350 Aircraft leading to a global turnover of over 100 millions €
- gain and management of a project for Bombardier leading to a global turnover of over 20 millions €
- management of new processes for Crouzet like DO254 or Airbus GRESS requirements.

This job was within Crouzet industrial position switches and sensors department. The localization is in Crouzet German subsidiary.
