The Aircraft Delivery Manager is the focal point for Eastern (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India) Dassault Falcon customers in Dassault Falcon Jet Completion Center, located in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.
Main missions:
- Coordination within Dassault Aviation (Sales, Financial, Legal, Flight Ops, Certification, Spec & Design, Support, Communication) to prepare the delivery of the aircraft to the customers.
- Coordination within Dassault Falcon Jet (Production, Spec & Design, Planning, Quality, QC) to make sure the aircraft will be compliant to the customers' contract.
- Following the contractual modifications (technical, price, times, administrative) in connection with the contracts administration.
- Manage the litigations (decision-maker).
- Follow the works progress and their impact on the delivery.
- Report to Dassault Aviation Commercial Direction about the aircraft works progress.
- Participate in the Quality Inspections.
In connection with the customer:
- Inform the customer about the production progress and the delivery process.
- Make sure that the customer's requests are well applied.
- To be the interface with the customer to give and obtain from various departments of Dassault and from the official services, necessary data for the startup of the aircraft at the delivery.
Prepararation of a delivery:
- Make sure the aircraft is ready to be delivered (certification OK, quality OK, engineering OK, etc.) in respect of Dassault quality
- Prepare all the delivery documents in respect of the contractual clauses
Delivery Process:
- Acceptance flight with the customers in order to inspect all the aircraft (cockpit, galley, cabin, lavatory) in flight conditions and to test all the systems (audio, video, communication and appliance)
- Make sure all the discrepencies identified during the flight are correctly corrected
- Coordination with QC and Certification departments in order to have the aircraft registered on time
- Signature of all the delivery documents
2007 - 2008Consulting mission for a Credit Institute Partnerships’ Executive Committee:
- Project Management Office of a project of partnership with an important bank:
o Coordination of the different IT teams;
o Setting up and monitoring the reporting tools of the project (plans, budget, actions, risks) ;
- Improvement of the reporting tools and the management indicators of the Executive Committee
Activities within the framework of CMG Conseil Development:
- Junior consultants recruitment (individual interviews)
- Development of business propositions for the Business Unit
