I started my career in a CNRS research lab in 1995 (where I helped for the first vocal email reader with Elan Informatique). I also spent 6 month in a linguist reseach department in the Essex University (with Mark Tatham). I then joined TELELOGIC in 2000 to develop the TAU product user interface (UML2 modelling tool - up to date at this stage). There I was offered the coordination of the integration with DOORS (requirement management leading tool), which was one of the first ALM solution.

But I wanted to be closer to the end user and companies. I joined the IT department of OMNIUM FINANCE in 2003 as a project manager. I was in charge of the integration of ALTAIX (SOPRA GROUP), the French leading tool for real estate and asset management.

I became supervisor of the department in 2005 (10 people) and I set up best practices of CMMi (for projet managment) and ITIL (for IT services). I then directed the replacement of all applications (ERP, CRM, specific tools) and architectured
