Working as the Resort Division Manager in Samui Villas and Homes
Management of 3 boutique resorts
• Villa Tanamera – 6 villas, 2 apartments, 1 coffee shop for 3 staffs
• Saboey Resort and Villas – 20 rooms, 1 spa, 1 restaurant for 30 staffs (took over management)
• Zara beach resort – 14 villas, 1 Spa, 1 bar, 1 outsourced restaurant for 14 staff (opening)

Scope of duty:
- Create marketing offer and strategy
design and Search engine Optimization (SEO)
- Set up accounting systems, find suppliers, recruit staff and managers
- Set up standards of procedures (SOP), train team, quality control
- Manage daily operations with the Resident Managers on site, Intervene in Guests relations when necessary
supervise accounting and financial statement
- Coordinate with the Marketing manager the agents’ relationship, Reservations’ performance
- Manage relationship with owners (send monthly reports and overall performance analysis
