- Promote Reunion Island spots,history, cultural and economic aspects.
- Welcome and lead the French delegations of Reunion Island in the Expo space and institutional meetings.
- Organize a meeting between the Conseil General delegation,Reunionese students and Reunionese residents living in China.

- Handle customers' inquiries ( schedules, documents, shipment status, quotation..)
- Coordinate with overseas agents ( pre-alert, booking instruction...)
- Invoice checking ( customer and overseas'invoices)
- Prepare handover sheet and monthly Job file lists
- Prepare a weekly shipment status report for the top 3 customers.
- Prospection and follow-up of the prospects
- Responsible of a key account in Africa/Indian Ocean market.
- Implement a satisfaction survey for customers and employees about quality service.

- Sourcing ( Import-export fair in Guangzhou)
- Optimize and improve relations with the suppliers
- Visit factories in China.

-Visit at the company's forwarder.

Skills about the bill of lading ( maritim and air bill), the export processus from the factory to the loading in vessel, H.S.Code ( Chinese customs), freight.

-Visit of the company's factory in Baoshan Area: Logistics/ Quality depts.

Interview with the logistics manager in chinese : measurement, CBM, container load plan, control over the containers.

Supervise the workers on the packaging of the products , assist in quality control of the supplays.
Coordinate between the French and Chinese workers.
