Responsibilities:
• Analysing the clients or prospects’ existing visual identity and brand platform. Benchmarking of visual identities and brand platforms from their competitors. Providing relevant strategic recommendations and design solutions to clients in order to improve their visual identity.
• Providing high levels of customer service to clients. Growing and developing customer accounts by being proactive towards their demands and giving them the right answers at the right time during all their identity program.
• Building with the agency’s creative and sales directors the team in charge of the projects. Making sure the project’s team gets all the information and materials needed to run the project successfully. Coordinating the team until the end of the mission.
