Working since 1984, I became, in the course of my functions and various posts, a builder who, from an initial situation, leads its projects or his teams to the defined destination in due respect of the existing or appearing constraints.
I worked in the worlds of Finance (insurers and banks), Logistics (National Carriers), Service (IT Company), and Telecoms (Telecom Operator). I did won a sense of the Customer services turned to satisfaction.
My various posts allowed me to manage (hierarchical or transversal) important teams (about fifty collaborators) as much as Operational level (IT Production, Deployment), Contract Management (Administration of sales) or Business (Bid management).
To win in efficiency, I supported my initial formation (Engineer in IT of the UTC) and my various experiences by additional formations (IT Management - IMI-, Executive MBA-ESCP-EAP-).

- Partners Interconnection of a large French Bank (Income : 250 K€/year, 60 sites, Duration : 6 months)
- The French pension funds organization (Income: 1 M€/an, 200 sites, Duration : 6 months)
- The French railway operator (Income : 6 M€/year, 35 000 telephones, duration 12 months)
o Invitations Treatment to tender (Income up to 25 M€/year) for significant firms or public administrations
o Internal Project management (Marketing Offer Definitions, « GO/ No-Go » Process, Customer’s constraints Management)

o Business Engineer for dedicated and specific deals by a French telecom operator (up to 15 M€ per deal – duration : 15 months)
o Migration from 3 data networks to one global data network (French bank, 1800 sites, duration 14 months)
o IT infrastructure Centralization of the headquarters of 11 French branches from an US chemical group (Uniting of the technical IT resources : WAN, LAN and 1200 workstations, duration : 8 months)
o Implementation of a new computer system environment (working stations, LAN, WAN) for a French railway operator (1 500 sites, 5 000 work stations, duration : 18 months)
o Computer department audits : Production, Customer center (bank, retails, logistic)
o Training (20 sessions per year) : welcome sessions, technical training, project management training and Coaching of junior project manager
1986 - 1992Main assignments
o Voice and Data telecom management : definition of needs, definition of solutions, Implementation and budget management (10 M€) and quality.
o Primary contact for the telecom suppliers and partners
o Systems and networks administration Management (Team Management -12 peoples –, 120 sites, VAX & Pick system environments , 600 PC)
Significant achievements/results
o Abolition of more than 80 % of the manual re-typing in the chain of transport (from the coverage to the Delivery)
o Implementation of a parcel tracking system
o EDI implementation with Customers, Partners and Suppliers
o Management of the IT infrastructure during creation or renewal of freight agencies (10 sites/year)
o Coaching of the user to the telecom services (PBX, Telex)
