Duties include:

Manage and maintain customer expectations referencing pre-established service level agreements
- Support activities through immediate resolution, triage & escalation or logging & forwarding of customer inquiries/issues within Retail Support, technical support, or both
- Assist in performing call management functions (problem managers, go-lives, network services)
- Develop knowledge documents for specific issue resolution (training/reference material)
- Record key customer and problem data accurately
- Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues for all Point Of time and transit of goods .

Duties include: Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

Identify and resolve client concerns.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback

Restaurant Manager:
Supervise immediate staff of 30 working staff in close collaboration
