2008 – 2010 Director, Marketing & Business Development
• Managed the global marketing activities and team in 3 main areas:
• Strategic marketing : Go-to-market strategy, Market analysis, New ventures, Industry Analysts relations & briefings
• Solution Marketing: Portfolio definition, market positioning, value proposition in line with Comverse global strategy

• Managed the business development strategy with a specific focus over the APAC regions. Grew the APAC IP Communications revenues to more than US$ 20 million.

2004 - 2006Netcentrex was created in 1999 and was a leading VoIP Telecom Equipment Vendor headquartered in Paris (France) and had several international offices (Singapore, San Jose, Brussels, …) for addressing the US, EMEA and APAC markets. Netcentrex grew up to 350 employees and was generating 60 Millions Euros revenues when it was acquired by Comverse for US$ 180 million in 2006.
• Elaborated the mobile market positioning and the business model of Netcentrex solutions (FMC, IMS, MVNO, Quad-play, …)
• Elaborated joint sales strategies/solutions/go-to-market with NetCentrex global partners such as Comverse
• Conducted service strategy and P&L : Service life cycle, Capex, Opex, Return on Investment
1999 - 2004• Created, animated and managed the international presales team (12 presales consultants in EMEA and in APAC)
• Supported Netcentrex EMEA and APAC sales team in more than 300 opportunities
• Conducted Business development activities in North and South-East Asia
• Opened the Asian market to Netcentrex by closing an important deal with NTT (Japan)
1992 - 1999MG2 was a software developer for IVRs (Interactive Voice Response) and Call Centers for Telecom Operators and Large Companies. Based in Paris (France) the company grew to 10 Million Euros until it merged with the newly created France Telecom spin-off Netcentrex.
Business Development Manager
• Created a partnership with Compaq (then HP) leading to an OEM contract bringing 2-4 Million Euros net profit per year from 2000 to 2007
• Started the international development of MG2 by forging partnerships with foreign companies (Poland, Spain, Italy, …)
• Developed marketing and technical orientation of MG2 products in the Telco environment
1988 - 1992• Created and managed the technical team (value-added services for French Minitel)
1987 - 1988Conducted fundamental research in vibration acoustics (applied to French Navy’s submarines) at CERDAN (Navy Institute for Study and Research for Acoustic Discretion) based in Toulon (France)
