Started in 2010, Alten India is the Offshore Technical Delivery Center for ALTEN Group, based in Bangalore. Activities are developed in all sectors, with a main focus on Aeronautical projects:

Responsibilities and Achievements:
As Senior Business Manager in Alten India - Bangalore, I am responsible for the Engineering Department in Alten India. My role consists in:
- Setting up the Engineering Department to initialize Aeronautical offshore activities
- Defining and deploying all IT and hardware infrastructure
- Setting the HR policy and a dedicated recruitment process to build a reliable local Team
- being the Offshore representative for current projects and new opportunities
- Monitoring production and technical delivery of each project (with European Focal Point)
- Assessing productivity and performance

- Splitting current and prospective clients within my team

- Lobbying and Return on Experience to support them
