Define and implement all the processes of supply chain in molecular biology unit, structure a team to daily manage the supply chain of Grenoble and deploy ERP on the site (Movex first, then SAP).
Achievements:
*Setting up of planning process (4 months): S&OP, Production Plan, Scheduling and Procurement.
*Structuring of the supply chain team: recruiting 5 people, defining the functions and roles.
*Leading SAP project on Grenoble site (8 months):
Training of Supply chain France users: 80 people over the 5 French sites,
Leading data migration team of Grenoble site: 8 Key Users over all functions,
"Go live" management: SAP startup without impact on customer service rate,
Key User and site expert for PP, MM and WM modules: support of 50 end users.
*Leading the project for structuring and management of technical data: Site Master Data Manager.
2008 - 2009Job purposes:
Improve performance and manage all production teams with context of a business sub-contracting strongly impacted by the economic crisis.
Achievements:
*Management of downsizing (from 140 to 70 people in 8 months): setup of a skills matrix and a training plan (20 people on 4 months) to maintain the knowledge and versatility,
*Implementation and monitoring of management and performance indicators: net production rate, yield, cycle time,
*Leading SMED project: changes of die on automatic laying machine (30% of net production rate in 5 months),

Manage a team of technicians and engineers in procurement, planning, sales administration and customer service, and coordinate all the physical and information flows for multiple clients account (Defence, Aerospace, Telecom, Medical, Electronics, Oil & Fuel, ...).

*Managing a team of 5 to 8 technicians and engineers in supply chain, with a high turnover due to activity sub-contracting: 12 different people in 3 years,
*Managing the evolution of the customers portfolio over 3 years: 2 to 7 customers, 3 to15 M€ of annual turnover,
*Supply chain reorganization from suppliers to customers: logistic agreements with suppliers (VMI/CRP), shortest replenishment loops with customers (Kanban),
*Improving reliability of planning processes (S&OP, MPS): improvement of forecast achievement rate (from 82% to greater than 96 % in 1 year), and of on time delivery (from 82% to greater than 97 % in 8 months),
*Relocation of production in Ukraine: 100% of production line transferred in 4 months (turnover of 1,5 M€ / year),
*Relocation from a closed site: 2 customer accounts transferred in 6 months (turnover of 9 M€ / year).

Improve the operational management of my procurement portfolio (80% of the value supplied on the site), negotiate and implement logistic agreements with strategic suppliers and organize the supply chain processes to drive production over 2 sites (France and India).

Assist the company manager by taking over all the industrial operations of the small family enterprise.
