Richard McLaughlin
CIO, Microsoft
In the mid 80'sI was in the military overseas working with a local team. That team needed a classified product installed on their mainframe. I had no experience so was lead through the process by phone. Once done I figured that this would be a good career. I went to school to be a programmer - boring job - and moved to management and consulting which were fun.
