In all my professional experiences, it releases a constant of capability to apply the adequate organizations in different environmental contexts:
- Managing the team in charge to control the various skills in the respect of the milestones of industrial launch.
- Coordinating the projects having allowed the successful transfer of technology between European and Asian R&D centers.
My professional vision is to direct an international development team of an high innovation R&D center.

- Planned process development until industrialisation stage of finish good under a competitive context of time to market ;
- Designed electronic power solution for the Ni-MH or Li-Ion battery chargers ;
- Studied product construction related to the world wide standard of CE or UL approvals ;
- Coordinated projects with Chinese partners or sub-contractors ;
- Audited production line ;
- Canvassed for industrial partners (sub-contractor or supplier) and evaluated their production capacity ;

1998 - 2003Hardware coordinator in development with Alcatel Shanghai Bell
- Interfaced with European and Chinese R&D and technical design centers ;
- Reported any hardware development issue and evaluated any risky deviation from the world wide process ;
- Assessed technological transfer process and coordinated low-cost system development with local suppliers ;
- Managed team from China and their technical training.
Hardware designer in optical fiber transmission:
- Developed the optical module’s et electrical control boards dedicated to DWDM system ;
- Attended pre-serial qualification and manufacturing ;
- Drafted technical design and Test specification ;
- Evaluated technologically the component of new generation
AWG, Interleaver, Raman Amplifier and L-Band passive components.

1992 - 1998R&D in the field of optical devices:
- Implemented the advanced low-cost wafer process ;
- Set up the experimental design of different individual thin film process to mass production;
- Studied material properties by Physicochemical, Electromechanical and Electro-optical analysis ;
- Specified the heavy equipment purchasing and followed up the validation tests;
- Ensured industrial transfer by providing technical training to local operators.

- Optical Semiconductor Amplifier;
- High power Laser Emitter up to 1W at 1.48µm.
