After almost ten years of success in sales roles, I am now looking for a role as a sales manager within the specialist chemistry, food supplements, pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. I am ideally looking to work for a small to mid-sized French company requiring a sales manager or for a foreign group looking to enter the French market.
Graduated of the ENSCP (Chemical Engineering School), I started my career in more technical roles such as research and production engineering. I then moved over into sales functions. I have deepened my skills with the ESCP-EAP MBA course that I have completed last July.

o Develop product solutions with the group R&D and customers
o Be the interface between R&D, production, the purchasing department, logistics and the Croda Group
o Negotiate contracts
o Follow customer plant audits
o After-sales
o Crisis-management (e.g. quality issues, delivery issues etc.)
Management
o Recruitment and training of assistants
o Management of the sample department and the person in charge of this.
o Creation of computer tool to improve company efficiency.
