    Summary

    Generaly speaking, I describe myself as a digital service designer. That means defining the user / customer experience over a networked plateform (desktop, smartphone, tablet, info station, IOT…). But that also means to help define what makes it possible (ie advising on IT architecture regarding experience objectives, multi-chanel touchpoints and human organization, and of course design + devops processes for better efficiency / ROI). I was primarily in R&D during my studies and afterwards with an anthropologist and ergonomist, then to switch to digital commerce for a more in depth understanding of global market requirements, industry and processes. These experiences pushed me to partner in 2010, in order to develop innovative services on a mature mobile market : cultural tourism. A subject dear to me for its symbolism and business potential, since my master thesis (2006). Along this, I have been an active UX consultant and co-developed a team for AXA insurance, which lead me to assume management of creative teams, back at altima. Since then, I've developed an offer and teams to better integrate user / customer experience expertise into large organizations, so that the digitalisation of their services, and the new processes that go with it (Agile, Lean...), do not miss this key ingredient of success. BtoC being the primary experience focus, BtoE - including BtoB - is far too often overlooked. Some of my precepts : " Good design is good business " - Thomas J.
