Certified Public Accountant, I began my career on the audit staff of a New York based accounting firm. After I moved to France, I broadened my audit experience as a Supervisor with an accounting firm in Paris, specializing in international clientele. I later brought my knowledge of both French and U.S. accounting rules to various positions in the Finance and Accounting department of French subsidiaries of American groups listed on U.S. stock exchanges. I was responsible for producing financial statements in both French and U.S. GAAP, as well as implementation of U.S. reporting and internal procedures in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
