Lean Manager in an automotive company near Lyon I am in charge of the development of a Continuous Improvement culture, making sure stakeholders are involved in the project.

Since 2008 our team has managed to increase most indicators/KPIs related to production/planning/supply chain.

The main obstacle I managed to overcome was the strong reluctance to change from operators and some of the managers. This I believe is what makes Lean positions so exciting and challenging.

I am now starting to look at new opportunities outside my company and am particularly keen to join a company with international exposure. I do not mind travelling as l believe it is a good way to develop personal skills and learn from other people's experiences.

I speak fluent English, I could work in Spanish but would need to "brush it up". My mother tongue is French.

I am not actively looking for another job but will consider opportunities allowing long term personal growth.
