Simon Le Bayon

With a Background in IT project Management, i'm currently finishing a Phd in Sociology about social networks.

I'm strongly working with the Actor Network Theory to study and understand the place of IT in Diaspora Networks.

Since March 2006 I'm the coordinator of the 'Breton Economic Diaspora' Network, ran by the Locarn Institute.
