I see myself as an hybrid character, clearly identified with corporate finance and Private Equity in one hand, whereas being able to act as a real Manager within industrial environments.
Citizen of the World, since I have worked and lived in Israel, Egypt, Singapore, West Africa, Carribean and of course France. But sometimes, to be citizen of the World means also being nowhere for real.
This is why I wish now to consolidate the very large and rich experience I have cumulated in the last 17 years, both professionnally and personnally, in a more structuring process.
Not yet fully clear what it is going to be but I am open to suggestons.
Meanwhile, I am very busy handling two jobs. First within a boutique Investment Bank in Paris, specialized in LBO's and Capital development and second designing and implementing Risco Group (a leading manufacturer of electronic security systems in the World) Strategic Development Plan (external growth, strategic partnerships, etc.)

Managing and Supervising several subsidiaries (France, Benelux and Switzerland) but main join is being in charge of acqusitions and strategic partnerships. Also Personal Advisor to the Chairman of the Group.
2003 - 2006Boutique Investment Bnak in Paris, specialised in structuring LBO / LBI's for private entrepreneurs. Also dealing with Industrial Capital Development projetcs as well as cross borders transactions. An average of 4 deals close per year, out of 10 -12 for the whole team, ranging from 5 to 80 M€ fund raising or acquisition value.
Additional missions in GOODLAD dealing with turnaround of Companies, mainly industrial. Risk and Security Management and Business Intelligence.
2000 - 2003Managing GEODIS subisidiaries in the area and developing its activities in freight forwarding and Logistics services.
