Sofia Benammar

I am an Avocat au Barreau de Paris and I have been an associate member in the Corporate Finance Team at Lovells in the Paris since April 2007. Before joining the firm, I worked for five years as in house legal counsel at the European Defense and Space Company (EADS).

My day-to-day work includes advising a range of French and Foreign companies that have a presence in markets ranging from, among others, the retail market to specific markets such as telecommunication, Information Technology, energy (gas, oil, and renewable energies). My advice extends to both regulatory or contractual issues as well as mergers and acquisitions.
