Experienced IT Project Manager, I have been focusing the last 4 years on Project Portfolio Management : project pipeline management vs business & IT priorities and resource constraints, multi-project reporting & steering comittees.
I am using my PM experience in various environments to take over projects in crisis (task forces management) or to support other Project Managers in serious issues escalation.
47 contactsThe Agence Centrale des Organismes de Sécurité Sociale is in charge of managing the cash flow generated by the social contributions collected by the URSSAF network (460 billion € per year). The cash flow management is operated through a complex information system, developed and maintained by 8 development centres throughout the French territory.
As a transversal Project Manager, I am responsible of coordinating the development centres activities in order to implement new regulations into the ACOSS information system. I am currently leading 3 projects (500 to 1000 man-days).
2006 - 2011Setup of the project portfolio management activity for the Orange mass market websites hosting and operation department (e.g. www.orange.fr ).
Day-to-day management of 2 portfolios, representing approximately 20 projects.
Succesfully lead 2 taskforces aimed at rescuing projects in crisis, within short deadlines.
2004 - 2006Project manager for fixed-price outsourced software applications development for top rated industrial customers such as Schneider Electric, Amadeus, Thales Alenia Space. Managed project teams up to 13 people.
Pre-sales activities : lead several bids to formalise ASTEK Sud Est’s offer.
2004 - 2004Took over a project in serious difficulties with the objective of negotiating a delivery perimeter and schedule with the customer. I succeeded in delivering and closing the project within 4 months.
Strong involvement in the company software activity organisation and promotion.
2002 - 2004Project and product presentation to venture capitalists, potential partners or customers.
Project management and software development activities with an expertise on the JPEG2000 codec.
2000 - 2002Study and follow up of the JPEG2000 standardisation process (still image compression). Attended the national and international JPEG committee meetings.

Earth observation satellites integration engineer (Consultancy contract for Studiel), Thales Alenia Space
1997 - 2000Image and signal acquisition subsystem integration of earth observation satellites. Space programs: ENVISAT – MERIS (ESA) and MetOp – IASI (CNES / EUMETSAT).
Strong involvement in an European wide Request For Proposal set up for the purchase of payloads Ground Support Equipments (€8M budget).
