I am an accomplished 3-years experience product manager with strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, gained from working within leading FMCG companies (SMB & MNC) who can bring to your company the benefits of my extensive experience of brand management in dairy industry. I enjoy building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation. According to me, it is a key success factor to build successful projects. Today, I am Export Product Manager for les Laiteries H.Triballat (well known by its brand Rians). It is a family owned company which is a major player in the french dairy product category on the following segments : goat's milk based-products (cheeses, AOP, yoghurts), Cow's cheese (traditional ones and le Roulé), traditional fromage blanc, french desserts (Crème Brûlée). The company makes 20% of its business abroad.
The mission I have is mainly building and developing the product and brand strategies for the foreign markets (UK, Benelux, Germany, Eastern Europe, etc.)
I like challenges and want to continue to strenghten my competencies in international business.

Export Product Manager(Cheese, Traditional fromage blanc, Desserts)
Reporting into the Marketing Director, responsible for the development and implementation of the annual marketing strategy and operating plans of the export portfolio (Brands: Rians, Germain, Picandine). Responsible for leading the delivery of all brand results (Volume, Share)
Key tasks:
- To develop the export Marketing department (direct reporting to the marketing director)
- To design the product strategy per country, concerning the main brands (Rians, Picandou, Germain)of the company according to the countries to build profitable strong sustainable products with high growth potential
- To establish strategic recommendations and specific action plans for each country
- To design the export marketing plan and recommend consumer investments (market studies, etc.)
- To develop, in cooperation with the R&D and the export teams, a portfolio of NPD => to run the innovation process, analyse the profitability before launch, design the launch recommendation
- To drive cross functional liaison: communicating fluidly with all departments in product development process (factory, agency, design, packaging, research…)
- To execute all new product launches, line extensions and related support programmes (promotions, in-store tastings, etc.)
- To build the synergies and strategic fits between national French business and Export business (innovation, promotion) => to run promotional actions, etc.
- To agree and implement all above-the-line programmes including media scheduling, creative development, budgeting, PR
Key Achievements:
- Defined and identified the core products for the goat's cheese range and refreshed the brand identity of this range (35 products)
- Ran a pan-European (UK, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Holland) consumer study on the fromage blanc segment (focus groups) on new product concepts to understand consumers’ needs and identify business gap opportunities
- Designed the export marketing plan and action plan 2009 for each key countries and products
- Managed several highly successful product launches within the Rians brand in European countries (cheese for salad & snack and chilled desserts)
- Gained 15% market share for le Roulé in the UK flavoured decorated specialities thanks to a TV campaign
- Achieved 10% year on year growth for Picandou (goat cheese), despite increasingly competitive marketplace in Germany
- Strongly defended against new competitors in the german goat cheese category via heavyweight through-the-line programmes (promotions, trade activities, PR)
2006 - 2006ELLE & VIRE INTERNATIONAL (BONGRAIN Group), 6 months, Neuilly/Seine (France)
Internship - Assistant Product Manager- International range (Yogurt, Dairy Desserts)
Reporting into the Export Product Manager. Responsible for the implementation of marketing programmes for yogurt and dairy desserts category
Key tasks:
- To develop the product innovation programmes in all aspects such as packagings, receipes, etc.
- To implement the agreed above-the-line programmes as agreed with the Product Manager
- To design, agree and implement all below-the-line programmes on time and within budget
- To develop a new brand identity for the yogurt category (good knowledge of the graphic chain : from Brief to the packaging released)
- To support the sales export team with marketing tools (product charts, list of selling points, distributor charts)
- To prepare the 2007 business plan (defined strategic thrusts)
- To develop & manage special offers (Direct goodies)
- To update reportings & sales follow up of the dairy dessert range (Business Object software)
- To manage the packaging stock
Key Achievements:
- Launched new products (yogurt, dairy custard extension range): developed packagings, designed & executed the launch plan (point-of-sales promotion, goodies, tasting), drew up the list of selling points and the launch recommendations
- Delivered the fat free yogurt range re-launch (new product launches, new pack design, trade launch)
2005 - 2006RAMBOL (BONGRAIN Group), 6 months, Rambouillet (France)
Intersnship - Assistant Product Manager for Kidiboo (cheese for children)
Reporting into the Product Manager. Responsible for the implementation of marketing programmes for the children cheese category
Key tasks:
- To manage the daily operational brand
- To design, agree and implement all below-the-line programmes on time and within budget & drew up market report analysis
- To collaborate with advertising/graphic and promotional goodies agencies
- To update monthly reportings using Consumer and Distribution panels: IRI & SECODIP, market analysis
- To drew up sales pitch for the sales force, prepared and took part in sales meetings
Key Achievements:
- Delivered the new identity brand re-launch (new pack design, trade launch)
- Developed a strong marketing campaign (snacking bag for children, money-off coupon) to maintain the market share in a increasingly and highly competitive segment
