By leveraging personal knowledge, the group transforms information into useful external and internal content and then delivers the right content, to the right people, at the right time within the FactSet community.
Tasks include:
*** Identify and coordinate department initiatives to enhance FactSet's Communication products.
*** Develop, write, and edit a variety of print and online documentation for FactSet applications, databases, processes, and services, such as online help for FactSet, website content, product manuals and tipsheets.
*** Work with SMEs, engineers, sales, and support teams to determine the most useful documentation strategies.
*** Develop, write, and edit client communications announcing new products, enhancements, or critical changes via Broadcast messages.
*** Capture, organize, and manage FactSet's proprietary corporate knowledge.
*** Create online learning for internal continuing education and to educate clients.
*** Work closely with FactSet teams to ensure the consistency of our brand, tone, and message in client informational and instructional materials
*** Interact with groups throughout the company to facilitate knowledge sharing via online platforms through product, internal process, and informative materials
