The Körber Medipak group provides integrated packaging and inspection solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. MediSeal GmbH is an internationally operating company specialized in developing, designing and manufacturing blister and sachet machines, cartoning machines as well as complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. MediSeal has outstanding know-how relating to the dosing and packaging of solids, powders and paste products.
Dividella offer top-loading cartonning machines for Ampoules, vials, syringes or other products which are difficult to stack, such as tablet blisters and patches.
Dividella is also a leading supplier of wallet machines, which pack blister strips in a handy and patient-friendly wallet box. Those presentations are especially interesting for OTC products and long-treatments.
My missions :
Developp the presence of Mediseal&Dividella in France and Belgium (french-speaking area).
I am in contact with the R&D, Production, Packaging but also Headquarters and Marketing Departments.
I am in charge of the Business Development for MediSeal and Dividella for France.
2005 - 2008Company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of freeze-dryers for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Sales: €16 million, of which 60% is exported.
Assignments :
Develop the sales, profits and market presence of the company in the zone concerned (Sales: €6 million): France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Africa, Mexico and South America
Achievements:
- Restructuring and implementing a new network of agents throughout the zone
- Recruitment of a sales assistant
- Implementation of a new graphical charter and baseline
- Production of new Corporate documentation
- Organization of a stand for the ACHEMA tradeshow
2001 - 2005Company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of plant for the food-processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Sales: €7 million, including €1 million of exports.
Assignments:
- Develop the sales, the profit and the market presence of the company
- Structure the sales department of EREA in collaboration with the Managing Director
- Maximize use of export-promotion services
Achievements:
- Tripling of export sales since 2001
- Sales on new markets (E.U., India, Hungary, Bulgaria and Sweden)
- Restructuring of the network of agents in Europe
- Staff recruitment (one pharmacist, one sales assistant)
- Implementation of reporting systems
- Organization of several trade shows (Interphex, ACHEMA) and Table-Tops in Europe
- Total redesign of the company website ( www.erea.com ) and documentation
- Creation of marketing tools for use by the French agents and sales people
- Development of terms and conditions of sale, sales agency and maintenance contracts
- Management of several subsidy applications
