Rework of validation process for setting quatertly restaurant's menu (setting food cost target ratio and developping tracking tools)

Finance Planning :
Management of the budget process for the Grocery Business Unit
Update of financial Rolling Forecast
(issue key financial reports and explain key variance versus the plan)
Local reporting (management committee) and corporate (European & worldwide headquarters)

Support :
Towards business unit’s director ; miscellaneous financial ad-hoc projections (impact of price increase, trade spend agreement, advertising campaign…)
To brand managers ; follow up brand’s profitability, optimization of product portfolio, involvement in marketing plans’ setting

S-DBA:
Oracle OFA database administration
End users’ training (finance, marketing, sales, logistic)
Optimization of IT tools and management of new settings

Management :
Management of a 2 controllers team

Ad-Hoc assignment :
Involvement in « Globe » Project SAP R3 implementation; history data recovery
Involvement in Forecasting tool set up via SAP
