2008 - 2010• In charge of the supply chain coordination of 15 Millions € worth of composites materials.
• Optimize the purchasing and logistics strategy at all levels.
• Manage relations with the company’s top 3 supplier accounts: Ashland, Ahlstrom and AGY, respectively based in Spain, Finland and USA.
• Daily communications with and follow-up of the suppliers, which include managing claims, minimizing delays, MSDS, developing and updating account data sheets.
• Control stock levels and set up monthly reports.
• Developed and implemented an automated email campaign targeting customers based on their purchasing habits in order to anticipate customer needs, optimize sales and ensure a timely and cost-effective supply of goods ordered.
• Act as a key person within the purchasing department for the sales force by providing support such as details and recommendations on supply and logistic costs, documentation, and legal information.
• Minimize the inventory and cost of unsold goods for both perishable and non-perishable goods.
