26 contacts2009 - 2009S.P.C. is a firm producing animal feed accross Cameroun. The feed factory is lcoated in Bafoussam and provides the country with feed.
Responsabilities :
•Determination of plausible causes of malfunctioning of dust-cyclones.
•Follow-up maintenance activities on production line.
•Problem resolution with maintenance team.
2008 - 2009S.T.C-A.F.U is the sole producer of animal feed in the country. The factory produces feed for cattle/poultry as well as shrimps (two factories on the same site) under the license of VDS b.v.b.a. Belgium.
Responsabilities :
•Management of two feed production units and investment projects.
•Optimasation of production (cost, lead-time, quality, quantity) using simple and effective techniques.
•Complete overhaul maintenance of production lines et maintenance activities follow-up and supervision.
•Preventative maintenance program introduction.
•Optimisation stock-taking raw-material / spare parts (includes Excel-based stock program creation).
2007 - 2008The S.A.B.C. is the first provider in soft drinks in Cameroun. The production site of Bafoussam provides the products for the west of the country.
Intern Mission :
•Implementation of a method capable of calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness as to identify and optimise factors influencing cost, lead-time, quality, quantity of the production line.
•Design of a computer-tool for all data and calculations of the OEE.
•Implementation follow-up and adjustment of excel-program and data-measuring.
