Crédit Agricole SA (CA SA) has been launching one of the biggest IT project in Europe.
To meet the targeted requirements, each regional branch of CA SA must review their processes and IT systems.
The point is that the oragnization of the CA SA is based on the mutualism : the CA SA is owned by each regional branch (ie. they are not subsidiaries) and they are quite autonomous about management.
That is why the NICE project aims to establish some of the best practices through each branch while implementing new softwares & datawarehouses.
At the CA Sud Rhône Alpes, in the Risk Management Dept. considered to one of the best inside the CA, my job is to transfer existing IT processes to the targeted application (Business Object) to ensure the same level of excellence.
My second task is to manage to finish a project started in 2008 about managing Expected Loss (EL).
2009 - 2010- IT management : data base to manage the temporary staff, data creation procedures.
- Communication improvement : launch of a website, use of magnet seals on cars, participation in Philippines community in Japan's forums.
- Activities management and development : KPI, business plans, dashboards
2008 - 2009Industrial business project : production of composite wood plastic with a Japanese technique(M and F Co.).
The too high costs to launch the project and the hazardous process (that was not ready to be industrialized) made us stop.
