• Manage raw materials and finished product stocks: 10,000 tons in 7 warehouses (4 in France, 2 in the USA, 1 in China).
• Establish production plans for 4 machines spread over 2 production sites: planning production for 100,000 tons of paper annually.
• Manage sales administration (15 employees) and optimize the organization, in collaboration with the sales department: 7,000 order lines annually.
• Ensure the management of surface and maritime transport worldwide: 6,000 shipments annually.
• Manage various projects

• Reduction in purchase costs by 10% with 100% objectives achieved.
• Reduction in stock level by 20%.
• Improvement customer service levels by 20% (time of transport).
• Development and implementation of Supply Chain indicators.
• Selection and recasting of ERP (MOVEX)

• Manage 25 employees.
• Conduct research and development, develop the budget (€6m.), establish research plans, allocate resources, develop specifications, carry out tests.
• Ensure the quality of production to customers through appropriate control plan: 60,000 tons of paper.
• Provide technical assistance to customers worldwide.

• Facilitate communication and operation between laboratory and production Departments.
