 Managing pre-contentious and contentious matters with law firms in consumer and commercial law;

 Advising on matters relating in particular to distribution, competition, consumer and intellectual property law.

 Drafting and reviewing of contracts in French and English for Sony France and its factory (services, purchase, promotional partnership, IP license, NDA…);

 Managing pre-contentious and contentious matters with law firms in consumer law;

 Advising on matters relating in particular to consumer law and intellectual property;

 Validation of promotional offers and advertising materials.

 Drafting of contracts in French and English (assignment and license of IP rights, NDA, ) and warning letters ;

 Managing pre-contentious matters regarding trademark, copyright and design patents ;

 Detection of counterfeiting products on the Internet and on two foreign tradeshows in Germany and United States ;

 Advising to Marketing and Design departments ;

 Search in trademark databases, application of trademarks, drafting of oppositions in cooperation with "Industrial property counsels".

 Providing assistance to applicants (counsel, priority search);

 Preparation of “Industrial Property Prediagnosis” and training on trademark law.
