Consultant Solutions Junior, Logica

At first, I went to high school in which I followed a scientific education in order to prepare a scientific diploma. My education in high school and my first year in preparatory class for University gave me a strong knowledge in Maths, Physics and Chemistry and a quick analysis skill.

I started the EPF (Engineering school) in 2003. I learned different skills through lectures, discussion classes and projects. As a generalist engineering school, I am able to work in many different engineering industries, but I did specialysed my last year in Industrial Engineering and Logistics. I also had a strong involvment in the society activities at school (Gala EPF, EPF Astronomy, EPF Oenology, EPF Robotic). Those experiences allowed me to improve some skills such as: working together as a team, gathering people around a same goal, and also my relational. My highest satisfaction is my treasurer post for the Gala society because we were the first Gala with a positive result for the last 5 years.

At the begining of my fourth year at the EPF, I realised an internship in PSA - Peugeot Citroën as the assistant of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) manager in the painting department. I was in charge of 4 EUP (Elementary Unit of Production) in which I had to move on the steps of the methodology. This experience was very rewarding in a professional and human way.

In my last year, I specialised in Industrial Engineering and Logistics and I participated in a fabulous experience called Dekenz. The students have to manage the company which designs, produces and sales pens. In this company, I was a Project manager (Improvement of Existing Products) in which I had to lead a team of 8 people in order to achieve the objectives we signed for. I also defined the management process in order to facilitate the work of the future teams.

Instead of ending my studies by a last internship, like most of the students do, I decided to go to the United States in order to study one more semester in the University of Wisconsin in Madison. From january to mai 2008, I followed 4 courses in the Industrial Engineering field. This semester enabled me to learn a different way of study and also to improve my english.

Finally, from june 2008 to january 2009, I realised the last internship of my studies in the headquarters of Valeo. I was the assistant of the Group Director in Methodology and Project Launches and I was in charge of the Project reporting at Group level.

Now, I'm working as a methods and logistics enginner in Science et Médecine. I am in charge of the Qualification of the textile cleaning machinery (Soxhlet), and also the cleaning machinery of the prosthesis.

My last year of study at the EPF and the semester in the US gave me a strong knowledge and a passion for the Supply Chain Manangement. Now, I am seeking a job in this area with an international mobility.

Shake-up of the packaging area and part of the stock area. The aim of this mission was to create separate area for the different part of the process of packaging. I managed to make the process more efficient by defining areas in term of a certain flow of goods but also by redefining the stock of raw material.
