Originally member of business unit dedicated to Discrete Manufacturing apps launch in France in charge of marketing, translation, customer training, presales and first implementations.

I then moved in March 1995 to Oracle Consulting as a Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant contributing to, or leading as a solution architect some of the major Manufacturing reference projects in this country in High-Tech/Electronic, electrical, mechanical or telco industries.

I have been working from project to project as a functional consultant, expert, solution architect or project manager.

I am currently Technical Consulting Director at Oracle France where I am recognized for my Supply Chain Management expertise (Discrete Manufacturing, Procurement, Advanced Planning & Scheduling, Logistics, Order Fulfillment) on all releases of e-Business Suite products from 10.4 to 12.1.

Being involved with time in many projects of the same customers demonstrate my commitment to them, the quality of my work and their satisfaction.
Some of these recurring customers are IER, Thales, Legrand, Defontaine or Lectra...

I have been leading in parallel from July 2001 to October 2006, the French Oracle Consulting SCM Professional Community (Knowledge Management initiative) consisting of 50 people dedicated to these business flows.

Storage and Communications Peripheral Purchasing Department Manager consisting in a team of ten buyers (Massy, France), in charge of:
- Technology survey
- Purchasing Marketing to keep buyer market knowledge up-to-date
- Sourcing, Requests for quotations, Supplier Selection and Qualification
- Negotiation and follow-up of Groupe Bull purchasing agreements for these computer peripheral devices (60 M€ yearly)

Manager of Purchasing Information System Department (13 engineers and technicians):
- Design and implementation of a new Approved Supplier & Manufacturer List data base available worldwide for all plants and design engineering departments of the Groupe Bull to promote purchased component standardization
- In charge of Purchasing Information System maintenance consisting in purchasing contract management and procurement applications used for direct and indirect purchases

Job based in Massy, France

I have been involved in the implementation project of new Legacy Manufacturing systems:
- new workshop organization for assembly and test of Printed Wired Assemblies
- new Manufacturing and Planning Control system for scheduling, Work Order release and real time control of conveyors, automatic storage devices and NC equipments

Then I have been project manager of the above system redesign for dedicated assembly line layout to manufacture high volume products (PC boards).

Research Assistant in MIT Laboratory for Information & Decision Systems
Design and coding of a Scheduling Software for Aluminium Pechiney hot rolling mill shop floor, collaborating with INRIA.
Operational Research and use of heuristic optimization techniques for shop floor sequencing and scheduling of production activities.
