2006 - 2009Management of +15 games completed for Mobile and iPhone:
• Contact external studios and negotiate development contracts (up to 150K€ / project).
• Build and maintain schedules and budgets reports, manage directly internal and external team (up to 6 people), motivate them and ensure work progression.
• Report effectively and regularly to the Executive Producer and to the WW Executive Producer.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as QA / Porting / Delivery / Marketing.
• Oversee 2 to 4 games production at the same time from concept to final release.
• Improve global game quality (controls, graphics, game design, QA), maintain license consistency (Eragon, Bourne Ultimatum, Indy 500, Ghostbusters...).
• Understand and face technology issues and requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines, result-oriented.
Additional work:
• August 2007: 3 month mission in Centerscore (internal studio in San Mateo, USA) to implement processes and manage CakeMania 2’s game development to fit with European quality criteria’s.
• Initiate and manage a study on production and post-production tests: how to reduce interrupt tests (cost & time) and to keep high quality on games? => Conduct to reduce 30 % of QA test.
• Initiate and manage an internal newsletter to motivate production & post-production teams and provide clear information to the staff about ongoing projects.
• Create processes to gather carrier's feedback and challenge internal tests.
2005 - 2005• Contribute to improve game quality on PC games (GameDesign review, QA overview).
• Responsible of communication with external studios (France, Belgium, Bulgaria...) and internal teams (QA, marketing), update production files, graphic assets reviews.
