Company activity: Automotive Electronic Components Supplier (ECU, Switches, Closure Controls, RFC and Relays).

Tasks: Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Automotive Division , I am currently responsible to develop and grow relay business in France, Spain and North Africa for PSA, FIAT, RENAULT / NISSAN / SAMSUNG and main tiers as VALEO, LEONI, LEAR, DELPHI, YAZAKI following RFQ, visiting regularly customers, increasing sales, negotiating Selling price, looking for new customers (JCI at the moment). As a sales representative in France, I also provide customer local follow-up (Engineering, Quality and Logistic support) organising local monthly meetings with my colleagues in Italy (Manufacturing plant) and in The Netherlands or Germany (Sales office).

Company activity: Aluminium decorative trim supplier for automotive firms (Printing Clean Room, Press Shop and Mould or In-mould injection)

Tasks: Liaise with all departments on the planning of projects, developing and implementing strategies to ensure departmental growth and customer support (Peugeot, Citroen, Renault, Volkswagen). Report project status (Cost, Timing and Open Issues) directly to the Projects director through weekly and Monthly report. Plan and monitor all activities relating to new projects, achieving on time introduction of all new projects. Manage a project team including quality, technical, design, process laboratory and packaging engineers.

Company activity: Automotive equipment supplier, supplier of air-conditioning hoses, power-assisted steering and active suspension.

Tasks: Project follow-up, project development starting from customer (Renault, Peugeot) needs through to start of production, covering the whole project, and respecting quality, cost and deadlines. Management of a project team including quality, technical, design, process and logistics engineers.

Company activity: Automotive equipment supplier, supplier of piston rings.
Task: Design of an automatic system for the control of CNC lathe in order to increase the storage capacity, cycle time and productivity of the product.

Task: Set up an ISO 9002 quality system.

Company activity: Supplier of chains and cables electric hoists.
Task: Design of a new electric hoist.
