2007 - 2009In charge of supporting Weblogic Server for European customers, our main tasks consist in analyzing, reproducing and debugging customer's issues which leads then to several possibilities like: we implement and suggest changes to customer's applications, we identify bugs in Weblogic and work closely with engineering team for releasing new official patches or we suggest configuration changes to customer's environment (at architecture, OS, Weblogic or applications levels).
Issues can be reported at development or production phases of customer's projects, their severities being determined by the impacts they have on business: immediate, compromising project's schedule or simple annoyance.

2005 - 2007Development of a business services platform for the Customer Relationship Management of the french social security. Within a development team, we implemented this services-oriented platform in a RUP approach: from the Use Cases analysis, we processed to several development and test cycles in cooperation with our testing team. I also participated in the development of 3 software interfaces of this platform: a full CRM tool, a administration tool and an interface for public interactive terminals.
