Holding a master degree in tourism management since 2007, I held several position in hospitality marketing and consulting in Dubai and Paris
After nearly 4 years in Dubai where I started my career , I have been working for Coral international Hotels, Angsana Hotels & Resorts (banyan tree group) and with Lacroix lbm consulting. I have been exposed to the business development of new hotels, rebranding of hospitality brands and worked on key missions to accompany several 5 star hotels such as repositionning missions in Colombia (Cartagena), benchmark analysis in Egypt (Aswan), defining F&B strategy for high end restaurant and bars in Bahrain and Abu Dhabi. Now in Paris, I have joined the groupe Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs in february 2011 with the responsability of the product & services marketing for the brand Pierre & Vacances Villages Clubs.
As an epicurean, I am really passionate about luxury tourism and hospitality, mainly thanks to the people I met in this industry who were transmitting their passion. I am looking forward to continue on this way and to meet people who share this passion for discovering peoples, cultures and positive thoughts.
2009 - 2010As a marketing Analyst for Lacroix LBM I have participated to the following missions :
- Repositioning of a 5* hotel in Colombia as a Palace competing with legendary hotels of South America. (Federate the operational teams around the project, review the sales & marketing policy in order to attract the right clientele for the hotel evolution, review investment plans and forecasted revenues up to 2014)
- Benchmark price / distribution for a 5* hotel in Aswan ( Egypt) in order to reposition the hotel on the right market.
- Market positionning studies for several F&B outlets in Abu Dhabi & BAhrain 5* hotels
- Elaboration of a Go-to-market strategy for a Private Jet company in Abu Dhabi
2008 - 2009• To create and develop a strong network with local and international companies.
• To use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
• To Analyse Sales /Market potential and submits reports for both domestic and international markets.
• To assist in online marketing surveys and give recommendation to improve the visibility of our properties on targeted market.
2007 - 2008• To increase awareness of Coral Deira Dubai and other Coral International properties by building a strong network on the corporate market.
• To help and assist in the development of the leisure business by conducting regular sales calls and attending international exhibition (ITB, ATM)
• To evaluate the different markets and their needs, and drive them to our products and services
• To collect market statistics, analyse key performance indices and create end of month reports in order to monitor and adapt our strategy ( price, occupancy and business mix)
2006 - 2006• To complete different market research for the new coming properties: competition analysis, local tourism industry evolution, occupancy forecast, business opportunities...
• E-marketing and website design: to analyse the existing website and develop new tools to improve the e-business. (Referencing, optimizing the internet user navigation, solutions to focus on the desired information.)
• To realize a market survey on existing loyalty programs and give recommendation to create a proper program for the group.
