2008 - 2009In charge of the digital music operations, I have led a 7 people team. We were owning the technical relationship with the content providers (UMG, Warner, Sony, EMI...) to ingest one the biggest digital music catalog.
2006 - 2007I was primarily focused on making sure our music ingestion pipeline was able to handle the increasing numbers of deliveries. I also improved the monitoring and the time to market of the new releases. Last, I worked on figuring out how to rationnalise our reporting system to make it more robust and performant.
2005 - 2005In charge of the design, I wrote the technical specifications (XML schema, delivery mechanism, matching process, quality checks) and followed up on the implementation of a digital music ingestion pipeline from the music labels' deliveries to the white label services we were operating for Orange,T-Mobile and Vodafone.
