My mission consist in the development of a Master Mobility and Innovation. This Master is focussing on professionals looking for a supplementary formations, and on students who want to continue their studies at the ESTA with a specialisation.
This chair is a collaborative project with the public transport operator of Belfort, the Syndicat Mixte des Transports en Commun of the Territory of Belfort Department (cf. http://www.smtc90.fr ). Therefore, I'm accompanying the SMTC with their innovative projects.
I got my engineering diploma at the Rheinisch-Westfälisch Technische Hochschule (RWTH) Aachen (Germany). I've more than 15 years of experience in the fields of mobility, traffic management and local based services/positioning.
Development and animation of the Master Mobility and Innovation at the Ecole Supérieure des Technologies et des Affaires (ESTA) in Belfort/France.

2007 - 2009The European Institute of Geoposition (EIG) is a « Service Laboratory » for Geoposition related applications and services in the fields of sustainable mobility and terrestrial transport. The EIG offers its knowledge, its expertise, its experimentation field and its management resources to scientists, developers and promoters of new Geoposition related applications and services.
The EIG has a strategy focused on the working fields of (1) information and traffic management, (2) access control, automatic toll collect, retraceability, (3) the tracing of vehicles, gods, persons, fauna, … (4) public transport management, (5) intelligence and security of vehicles and (6) culture, natural leisure.
2004 - 2006- Traffic Consultation inside of BMW production plants and research centres.
- Improvement and accessibility of the research centre in Munich by street and public transport.
- Creation of an IT system for the internal mobility management and an rideshare system for the employees of the production plant in Leipzig.
- Implementation of a travel time measuring system based on vehicle recognition via plate-recognition technology in the urban area of Munich
1998 - 2004- Development and realisation of the BMW parking information service www.parkinfo.com

- European Research Project EUROMOS (European Road Mobility Scenario).
1992 - 1997Institute of Traffic Management and Operation
- Development of an algorithm for a global near-time and medium term prognosis on highways.
- Formation of students in the fields: Traffic management, traffic modelling, collective guidance systems, vehicles fleets (public transport), new technologies/telematics.
- Responsible for the acquisistion and the operation of the IT system.
