Area of 5 subsidiaries with mote than 1000 employees and 100 M€ of turnover

•Development of controlling tools, implementation and following of Alten processes
•Following of IFRS, cash flow, need in working capital and DCF preparation
•Support to subsidiaries for accounting, controlling, treasury, fiscal and juridical matters
•Preparation, validation and analysis of monthly reports and budgets
•Closing: Turnover, intercompanies, general and analytical accounting validation
•Implement rules and methods to turnover and costs following, and internal purchasing price define

•Savings plan management (25 M€ of yearly savings on purchasing, operational activities and administrative functions worldwide)
•Preparation of financial information with production and analysis of monthly and quarterly reporting
•Participation to creation of the group strategic budget plan (2007-2013)
•Advising mission in a subsidiary (30 employees) to update the information system and set up financial and commercial performance indicators

•SOX project management for Bayer SAS and Bayer Pharma in France, internal Bayer project to make the company with Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliant.
•Reliability of financial publication throughout a review of financial and operating processes
