2010 - 2011I am in charge of creating the global strategy for papers dedicated to Flexible Packaging produced in Stenay plant – France and Rottersac plant - France.
I am in charge of global negotiation with clients such as Sara Lee, Colgate Palmolive, Kraft, Henkel, Unilever, Tchibo and other global companies.
I have a sales team spreaded worldwide in 27 countries, and I lead people indirectly to sell the products into their markets, and to follow the global negotiation we have with some key clients.
I was also in charge of evaluate the risk of each business and I am supported by the credit team to take the best decision considering the risk x opportunities.
2010 achievement: Kept sales volumes and improved profitability (ebit) + 3 points.
