Responsible for co-coordinating the incorporation of the Singaporean office in line with the Group policy:
• Co-ordinate the local implementation of the accounting ledger for banking operations
• Contribute to the implementation of the billing process for the local non-banking operations by inventorying the documents required and persons involved and shadow action plan execution.
• Contribute to the finalization of the roll out of the Group and BPSS Internal Control Framework
(Result: Sort of criteria, format, action plan, timeline set up for the whole Singapore office including 5 departments)
• Co-ordinate the finalization of the Business Continuity Plans for the banking and non-banking operations (Result: Business Impact Analysis aimed at provide assessments and strategies / a Guidelines aimed at providing the managers a reference framework for the response to the crisis, used to support decision-making, coordination and communication)
• Participate in organizing BNP Securities Services Sponsorship of the Sovereign Wealth Management Asian Conference. (Result: mailing list of more than 50 prospects)
• Monitor the progress of implementation of audit recommendations

our scope and setting plan actions such as SLAs requirements and general terms contract updated.
