I first founded Hands-on Banking & Leasing in July 2007 in Ajman in the United Arab Emirates after I have assisted customers in setting up a consumer finance company in Saudi Arabia. I have nearly 20 years extensive experience gained within market leaders in car, equipment, real estate and consumer financing activities both on operational and consulting sides in Europe and in the Middle-East (4 years).

I financed many types of assets and developped strong knowledge of risk assessment (vendor relationships, equipment, companies, scoring) before joining consulting. In this area, I developped outstanding competencies in strategy and business set-up, project management, reorganization in merger context and IT projects in all business areas from strategy to accounting, through product structuring, customer acquisition and back-office operations. I have worked for and advised major financing players.

Hands-on Consulting is now based in Toulouse (France) from where it delivers increased consulting services to financing companies and SMEs.
