Tulio Lima
Quality Engineer, Schlumberger
I'm from Brazil and I'm leaving in France since 2007.
I came to France to do an exchange year and to have an opportunity to start my career abroad.
When I left Brazil I had in my mind to work in different country.
I enjoy a lot learning languages and cultures.
I'm working as Lean Six Sigma champion leading and coaching the team of Green and Yellow belts in order to drive the projects of continuous improvement by applying the Lean and Six Sigma tools like kaizen, SMED, Kanban, 5S, etc.
My rule is to support the belt team to find opportunities for improvements overall the company within all departments from HR to the work floor, passing trough Accounting, HSE and Engineering department.
Our goal is to reduce Lead Time, increase reliability and Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY).
I'm facing challenges to manage the projects schedule and accounting the financial savings that is around $1.5M per year.
