Management Service (6), monitoring and verification of accounting, budgeting, preparation of monthly dashboard reporting and analysis of differences between actual / budget and N-1, a year-end review, payroll (SAP HR), social statements and tax, active participation in management decisions of the subsidiary (60 people).

Retrieving data from the old system and preparation of files for recovery of data injection into the SAP system. Studies organizational coherence of the data base and change.
