I graduated from Toulouse University in 2008 with a PhD in Industrial Engineering. Since graduation, my work experience is now within a multicultural company, Airbus, in the supply chain function, mainly as a project support concerning the processes and tools harmonisation for cabin procurement.
I am interested now in broadening my experience within the world of aeronautic. I have a particular interest in the supply chain management, logistics and procurement functional areas.
Objective: Assist the project leader in improving and harmonizing tools and processes. Participate to:
- eSC collaborative tool deployement
- Cabin purchase order automation
- Define and implement KPI to follow project deployment at supplier level
2005 - 20082 projects:
1) Objective: Improve and harmonise customer relation management in Pierre Fabre
-Analyse current processes and users’ needs
-Propose and implement improvement, lead meeting
-Harmonise processes and ensure coordination between services
-Define and implement KPIs
-Change management (user training)
2) Objective: Optimise the order management process in case of stock out situation to improve customer satisfaction
-Develop a model for this process (Advanced available to promise)
-Propose and develop a multi-criterion decision-making tool
-Identify strategies (parameters) to fulfil orders and implement a framework to evaluate the performance
