• Contribute to identify gaps, define strategies and put in place action plans to mitigate the risks related to changes while implementing new applications and associated processes
• Analyse and design business processes and organisational processes as well as control the design and publication of corporate procedures
• Provide consulting services in training, documentation, oral and written communication to oversee project implementation and take good care of end-users in accordance with the global strategy
• Design and publish all course materials, exercises and skills evaluations, administrate e-learning framework and Learning Management System
• Ensure team management including employees and vendors as well as project follow-up and reporting to PMO and executive board members
