2007 - 2010My 8 team members were covering QCD and crontracting for new program activity to serve the SOP of 7 plants in Europe ( 30 to 50 M€/y each project, BOM about 50 component multi techno). Program preparation, sourcing, milestone, capacity and audit control. Also covering front quotation and pre-project front loading Purchasing activities.
2004 - 2006Hiring and teaching, organisation building, ISO TS 16949, Web EDI and milkrun setting, new plant SOP and ramp up activity with supply chain full construction. Direct reporting to Japanese staff under Toyota way and TPS philosophy. Large direct managment responsibilies with 25 people. Best in class supply chain standard installation with milk run, e kanban, flat picking pull storage, supplier mindset evolution.
2001 - 2004In charge of rubber portfolio. International panel, QCD follow up, strategy building and commodity team leader in Europe.
1999 - 2001At the beginning I was only commodity buyer for mecanical parts vs one division. But after few month I could cover also some electric parts and took care of some Valeo branch transversal strategy follow up.
1997 - 1999Performed many international audits ( System and process)
Mecanical portfolio. Supplier Quality level improvment activity.
ppm level could be devided by 10 after 18 months.
1997 - 1995Trainee job position during 2 years in production plant with some learning period in Clermond-ferrand head offices in parallel. Topics : industrial, quality and Rubber/tires methods and technics.
