Program preparation, sourcing, milestone, capacity and audit control. Also covering front quotation and pre-project front loading Purchasing activities.

Hiring and teaching, organisation building, ISO TS 16949, Web EDI and milkrun setting, new plant SOP and ramp up activity with supply chain full construction. Direct reporting to Japanese staff under Toyota way and TPS philosophy. Large direct managment responsibilies with 25 people. Best in class supply chain standard installation with milk run, e kanban, flat picking pull storage, supplier mindset evolution.
