Thermoplastic parts Commodity Leader for Itron Gas:
Setting up a global purchasing strategy in line with the Company development and following up its deployment over the Sites.

Plant Purchasing Manager :
Rationalizing the Production Suppliers panel and apply the global purchasing strategies to the Site for 20 Commodities (Thermoplastic parts, Turned parts, Coated steel coils...)

Securing the supply chain by identifying at-risk Suppliers and getting the Site out of any situation of dependency over the year.

Adapting the purchasing process to the new needs of the Site in line with ISO9000, ISO14000 and ATEX (explosive atmosphere) directives : raw material certificates, parts traceability, hazardous materials follow up.

Regularly evaluating the Suppliers upon Cost-Quality-Lead time-Innovation criteria, suggesting aims to reach and validating their improvement action plans.

Organizing the Non-Production Suppliers panel, providing efficient purchasing tools to the Site Departments, and leading the negotiation phases.

One-year assignment at Contracts&Procurements Total Gabon Division

Presentation of Supply Market Intelligence methods and tools to Buyers.
Launching of a call for tenders, editing and awarding of the contract.
Building of Technical Assistance Services cost models relevant in CEMAC zone (West Africa).
Launching of Requests for Information via Ariba Sourcing to get data on the local markets.
Follow-up of suppliers legal agreements.

Consulting mission in the Group Procurement, GIE AXA – 2 days a week
