1 – Providing CONSULTING SERVCES based on my expertise of the MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION within organizations: supporting and/or leading the development of NEW OFFERS (products/services) from the initial idea, from an intuition throughout all the steps leading to the market.
In other words, “assuring success in building the delicate equilibrium between confidence and initiatives” when a company intends to develop its business based on new innovative products and services.

Two ways:
1) As consultant, providing services using the traditional way: a method, a price based on the number of day needed to fulfil the assignment, a defined timing, a defined deliverable.

2) As partner, intimately tied to the success of the new offer: the cost of my consulting service will be then based on SUCCESS FEES.


Why such offer? : Since more than 6 years, as consultant, I observe the consulting market and I reach now to some conclusions.
1) The first one is that there is a huge quantity of companies (not only start-up or very small enterprises) that, for some of them, are not used to consultants and for the others, that can not afford consulting services. But many of them could really make a very good use of.
2) The second one is that most of consultants and consulting companies are looking for some “references”, for “big and juicy contracts” and tend to avoid these types of companies.

Ongoing assignments based on this “success fees agreement” gave me confidence in the reality of such needs. The relationship with the team of my customers built through such mode are very intense and wealth on learning opportunities.

2 – As often as possible, I am also looking for assignments in CHINA. I lived in Xi’an from April to October 2006. I have been now learning Chinese for almost 18 months. I have now an intermediate level. It means that I am able to have simple conversations.

INDIA is also a country I got to know very well. I have spent more than 2 years all over this country in the last 13 years, as a tourist, guide, driver, and as a trainee in management (IIM, Indian Institute of Management of Calcutta).

Based on my expertises, I’m open to assignments ranging from
STRATATEGIC AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS, MARKET STUDIES, IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PROCESSES (EFFICIENCY OF THE ORGANISATION), BUILDING OF PARTNERSHIPS, recruitment.
