Task
Customer Service Engineer - Country Coordinator for France key account in Interxion , LONDON (U.K.)
-->Supervise Interxion customer’s equipments in 11 European countries in accordance with contracted and committed time frames and coordinate with local technical team in case of crisis situation to notify customers.
-->Ensure the Interxion products and services are supported to operational contractual commitments and service level agreements on behalf of customers.
-->Accompany Key customers in day to day operations and enhance service quality to meet their needs.
-->Ensure all customers follow Interxion in-house security policy and arrange face to face meeting or conference call to inform and help them to set up a secure way to access Interxion datacenters for day to day operational work.
-->Audit the Interxion Local team (facility, operational, security) to ensure service quality and security are met and apply corrective measure in case to improve customer services.
-->Establish a strong relationship with key customers and ensure 24/7 availability in case of need.
Customer Web Portal Project Consultant
-->Audit the 11 Interxion sites to gather specific procedures in those countries.
-->Establish the Interxion Customer Web Portal Scope.
-->Organise meeting with the IT team in London and headquarter networking team in the Netherlands to present the scope.
-->Help on the technology choice.
-->Set up the project time line and follow every development step.
-->Establish the Data Back up plan in case of crisis with the ISO project coordinator.
-->Delegate functional module testing plan to the team.
-->Chose a customer sample to be beta tester for Interxion.
-->Plan a training scheme for the team and customers.
French Country Coordinator
-->Follow up of new customers’ implementation with operational Service Manager in France.
-->Work with the French key account manager to set up customer services scheme between Paris and London.
-->Organise meetings with the Facility Manager to set up the service level agreement in accordance to customer’s operational contract.
-->Inform the French local team of new company policies set up by Interxion Headquarter in the Netherlands.
-->Streamline the Headquarter policies and Paris policies in accordance to customers’ needs
-->Visit the Paris Team regularly and set up a strong relationship
2003 - 2005HSBC Bank
-->Worked in the finance and accounting service. Assisted an Accounting Controller prepare financial reports on the HSBC trading floor. Responsible for developing and creating reporting tools for trading room managers such as the Multidimensional database which I subsequently came to operate, preparing reports independently.
